Full registry criteria
Inclusion Criteria: \- Diagnosis with sarcopenic obesity * obesity followed by WHO criteria for asian (BMI \>25 kg/m2) * sarcopenia followed by Asian Working Group of Sarcopenia (AWGS) Exclusion Criteria: * Heart disease * renal disease * cancer with active treatment * other disease that may effect muscle mass

Behavioral
Subjects received health intervention for improve sarcopenic obesity including diet and exercise
