Inclusion Criteria: * Pre-pregnancy BMI ≥ 30.0 kg/m\^2 * Smartphone user Exclusion Criteria: * Eating disorder * Severe mental disorder * Use of other lifestyle support system or medication * Non-Finnish speaker
